Nurse Practitioners
The ANP is available on a Monday and a Friday for the following services: Diabetes, Dressings, Removal of sutures, Cervical smears, HRT, Pill checks, Immunisations and Holiday vaccinations. The ANP also runs a minor ailments clinic whilst liaising with a GP. Please telephone to make an appointment.
Nurses
The Practice nurse is available during the week, evenings and weekends for the following services: Asthma, COPD, Spirometry, Dressings, Removal of sutures, Cervical smears, HRT, Pill checks, Immunisations and Holiday vaccinations. Please telephone to make an appointment.
Healthcare Assistants
Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.
Melissa also completes Health Checks, ECG's, B12 and some Vaccinations.

Should you have any queries, constructive comments, criticisms or complaints about the service provided by the practice, the practice manager would be pleased to receive your letters or see you personally by appointment. Alternatively, pick up a complaints leaflet from the reception desk.

Reception
Our receptionists are the front line of our service. They are trained to deal with your queries and difficulties. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the rest of the healthcare team.
Secretaries
The secretaries type all the correspondence and details with hospital referrals. They also liaise with the patients, attached staff, Social Services and other organisations.
Midwife
our midwife is available on Tuesday mornings by appointment.

Physicians Associate
Appointments are available with our physicians associate for any acute or chronic diseases.
Social Prescriber
The practice can refer you to our social prescriber who will provide one to one support to you with any non-medical issues that may be affecting your health and wellbeing.
